We were having a discussion a week or so ago about liking the manual pasta machines to roll fondant, but needed a thrid hand to use it. This is what I do. In this video I happen to be rolling out cracker dough. But it's exactly what I do for fondant, also. Hope this helps someone.

Brilliant! It's amazing that something so simple could be so handy. I was rolling petal paste for flowers and I can't count how many times I had to reroll it. Will be definitely using this technique in future. Thank you!
