Help needed please

Why I joined

I joined this community to share ideas and thoughts on cake decorating. I've been making custom cakes for about 2 years. I am open to learning new techniques and coming up with new ideas for interesting cakes.

Both my grandmother's decorated cakes and upon their passing in inherited some of their equipment. Since then, I've bought much of my own.

In 2009 I made my daughter's 6 tier wedding cake and ever since then people I know and/or work with are always asking me to make cakes for them.

I do not consider myself to be a professional. I have a long way and much learning before I can say that.
