How to tips for make shoe and purse cake

I would like to attempt a shoe and purse cake. Are there molds or are they sculpted? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Andrea I am a moderator here on CWB. You should think about naming your cake photos, otherwise, they will get lost in the CWB system. Ashame, as your cakes are quite good.
It is easily done. Above your photo, click Options. A drop down menu appears, click on Edit, add a name & description, click save, your finished.
