My bad...RKT = shorthand for Rice Krispie Treats....I just dumped them onto parchment paper while warm and sculpted them by hand, forcing them into a hard pack shaped like a bunny.

You asked how I made the bunny...well, it's free form RKT covered in frosting and fondant. The ears are a 50/50 blend of fondant/gum paste, insterted into the head with toothpicks. That's what I did. I did google images of bunnies before I started to get an idea of how to form the rice krispies. Glad you liked the cake! Thank you!
