Linda, Wow, you did an awesome job on that cake. I hope you are making a port folio for your self. If you ever want to work in a bakery Publix is a great company to work for.  They would be so impressed with that cake!

I haven't done much lately, I have been busy with other stuff. I must get back to the cakes, I have invested so much money in the gadgets and tools to make cakes. I make jewelry also, so I took a little time to do that.

Looks like you have been busy, your stuff is beautiful as usual.

What project are you working on  now. Next week I will take the advanced decorating class. Then the Airbrush, then the Fondant class.

I made chocolate cupcakes yesterday, they were very dry in my opinion. Do you have a moist recipe?

I made two strawberry cakes using the recipe that you gave me. Everyone loved them, and so did I. 

I have a class tonight, I will make and decorate my first wedding cake.

I did my first basket weave last week. I am still in the basics class, I will take the airbrushing class , the fondant class and all of the other stuff.  I am having a hard time making roses, I need to practice a lot more.

How did you make the icing on the strawberry cake?

Your cakes are beautiful. Doesn't look like you just started.
