If you can take the whole baking program, that whould be great. I met some of the students in the program and they said it was great, saw some of the cakes that were made and they were awesome. I started doing cakes for my grandchildren and church and know I am hooked. I have 11 grandchildren so it is financially great to. Learning constantley. Especially trying to learn the flowers technics. Love to work with fonda and gumpaste doing figures and flowers. Decided to take the sugar flower classes in the French Culinary Instititue here in Manhattan, NY in May. Can't wait, I am so excited. God Bless
