Join Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake
I'm not certain I am actually going to do cakes of all things. I am gaining the skills to open a rustic baked goods stand at local Farmer's Markets. To this end I am going to start professional baking school next week. My idea is more along the line of using decorating techniques towards savory hand-held goodies. Just getting started on this.

I look forward seeing some of your cakes, this site is so inspiring for me. I have been decorating for 3 months now and I wish I would have done this 20 years ago!
