Marshmallow fondant recipe
2 lbs sifted powdered sugar
16 oz. mini marshmallows
2 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. flavoring

Pistachio cake
1 1/4 C all purpose flour
1/2c pistachios (finely chopped)
1 TSP baking powder
1/4 TSP salt
1 C sugar (not powder sugar)
1/2 C unsalted butter @ room temp
3 egg
1/2 TSP almond extract
3/4 C of milk

1. in small bowl mix flour, pistachios, baking powder and salt.

2. W/mixer beat together sugar and butter until well combined. Add eggs one at a time (each egg should be mixed in thoroughly). Add almond extract. Alternately mix in flour and milk.
