I am a software consultant of seventeen years turned stay-at-home-mom after the adoption of our son. It was then that my hobby of baking became so much more. I finally had the time to indulge in baking, as I had always wanted. Thus began my new career.

My commitment to excellence in the craft and artistry of baking enables me to deliver high quality products that look superb, delight the customer and make celebrations a moment to cherish. I am also committed to tantalizing the pallet of pastry connoisseurs. My products exceed local stores, franchise competitors, and possess that certain something that others do not have.

It is my mission to revive and preserve the elegance and sensation of age old baking and cake decorating with culinary techniques to achieve the height of quality and excellence in the cake and pastry industry. My products range from high-end artistry to modern and local customs. If you dare to dream it, I will create it.
