I'm just up the road from you! How neat! Business for me is good, I'm just at SAHM who likes to bake and decorate cakes! Keep up your interest in cake decorating and if you want look into ICES the professional group of cake decorators around the world. NC has what we call DOS - Day of Sharing, where we get together (cake decorators) professional and not professional and share ideas, practice techniques and get involved with events. There is the annual ICES Convention this year in California, and Charlotte is hosting the 2011 convention. Go to www.ncices.org to find out more information. There will a DOS here in Charlotte in November, there is one in Durham at the end of August as well. Continue your work with cakes and maybe one day we can meet. Take care!
