Sandra, we have a party shop locally where one can get almost anything!

Good grief, Frances, I know where to get guinea feathers (I am a country girl :o) ), but where do you get porcupine quills?!  And HOW do you get them?

You are so funny Bonnie! Those are porcupine quills and ginae [dont know how to spell it!] fowl feathers. The 'pot' is usually a cast iron pot with 3 legs and one cooks food in it [like the ginae fowl] over an open fire.  The 'shield' was used in fighting and is now a symbol in Zulu culture.  I hope I got all that correct! He he!
