Betty, this is for a traditional Zulu wedding.  They have spears, pots feathers, quills etc.  Not sure what each one represents.  They actually wanted 'pots' [they drink their traditional African beer from these calabash pots] but the budget wouldnt allow it unfortunately, so we came up with this one.

These are pretty, Frances.  The guinea feathers are perfect.
