Yes, i curved him by hand, this cake is covered with modeling chocolate, his ears where actually the hardest part of him, because they needed to be large but i needed to make them thin, so i used modeling chocolate here too. I just had to lay it flat and freeze it so it could become hard enough to add to his head.
