Comment by Tami Chitwood on August 26, 2010 at 5:29pm: Thank you all! I'm currently taking the beginner cake decorating class so that I can learn the basics and do all different styles of cakes. Hoping someone will give me a job in a bakery even though I have no work experience with this, just stuff I've been doing on my own. My basics definitely need work! Buttercream is not my friend, heh heh, and getting smooth fondant on regular smooth cakes is something I'm still struggling with but hopefully I will get better at that. This cake was my 2nd time to make and use fondant and I loved doing Yoda because he has wrinkles so I didn't have to get everything so smooth!
