wow .. I glazed with apricot . but it taste all the same I think . the strawberry always come thru , and stays nice and fresh looking .. this looks so amazing ... I do love cheese cake . I would it most of it ..

This really was delicious and was a huge hit. Gail, I warmed up some blackberry jam (that was what I had at home) and brush a little on the strawberries for a little shine. I've been asked for another cheesecake for next weekend but it won't be this one. Already made it 3x. Want to try something else. Might be time for biscoff cheesecake.
