A 4" chocolate Madeira filled with chocolate buttercream, a 7" vanilla Madeira filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and a 10" lemon Madeira filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. All covered in sugarpaste (top tier was airbrushed black) with sugarpaste decorations (silver ones are brushed with lustre dust).

I think Madeira is similar to pound cake, it's good for carving and lasts longer than victoria sponge.
I have never made Madeira cake , ! whats it like ? I have a recipe , !
