Train Cake
Inside is french vanilla cake with white chocolate mousse and raspberry jam filling. Track and train are models -the rest is edible. "tickets" are printed on edible paper (got it done at Wal-Mart). Not my best work, but did it at my mom's house with a fraction of my supplies.

LOL, I'm happy to see that the train and track are models... if you said those were fondant, I would be unbelievably jealous and wanna know how you did that!! haha... adorable cake by the way!!!
