THE ONE THAT NEARLY BROKE MY BACK
It was a very hectic long weekend in my kitchen, with four weddings and a hello Kitty to do - but my fabulous daughter came to my rescue and helped with the decorating so we managed to churn out some pretty amazing cakes! Here is the one that took the most time - top tier is carved fruit (oh what a joy!) and then two side cakes for the mothers and 150 cupcakes - the bride had a completely retro theme and I believe we filled the brief!
