lol...... sorry......there is doweling running through the cake and leaving 2" space before holding the next tier. and then the roses are arranged in the 2" space.. Actually you don't see many American cakes assembled like this. I call this a flower sandwich and is choosen often in the UK

Hi Tenisha, Thank you , the seperators are fresh deep red roses. I know it dosen't look like it!!!!!! I think I had my camera on the wrong setting!
