Cherry Cake with Stabilized Whipped Cream
I borrowed Gali's recipe for Pink Lemonade Cake, made with Kool Aid, and adapted it to this cherry cake. It turned out very tasty. The frosting is stabilized whipped cream with a touch of cherry oil. Goes wonderfully with the cake.

Thank you ladies! Betty, the color is my least favorite thing about this cake -ugly, in my opinion. Mike said it looked like a fake cake, but it is very good.
