2. California seemed like a really cool place to visit...(i was also looking for a getaway)
3. I found a better schedule with him (I have a full time job)
4. I wanted international training...

The courses are daily. You can view the class schedules with the costs at www.bakingarts.net. I took private lessons:)

Oh, okay. Thanks, how long is your course and what is the cost if you don't mind me asking? It is amazing you can see the change in your decorated cakes from the first ones you posted. Keep up the good work...

another brilliant cake. It's amazing what you can do after watching someone who knows what they're doing and can guide you through every step. well done again
