Hi mai.

I made 73 of these for my cousins wedding recently.  they were 11 cm tall including the toppers, I cut the bottom part of the cake out with a 3.5inch round cutter an the top with a 2 inch cutter And It would normally be about 2 servings each cake but people had no problem eating it all to themselves! :)
