wait lets see Sandra ! the curls are not easy , but I will keep trying , your temp in your house has a   lot to do with them coming out good , since I like my house cold ! it was hard to make the curl ! my house was 63 @ the time I curled them !

Oh, how beautiful! I've never tried the shaved chocolate, but always wanted to. Leave it too fearless you to jump right in and do it perfectly. This looks delicious....even Mike said so!
