Inspired by versions made by the little cherry cake company and royal bakery. All characters are made of fondant.

Thank you for your nice comments. Yes penny all figures are made out of fondant, they took a long time to make but were totally worth it. I ganached the cakes before covering them in fondant, this technique can give super sharp sides. I brought an online tutorial by Jessica Harris, who is brilliant at it.
