Birthday Cake
I was the lucky winner of some Marvelous Onlay Molds a few months ago from a giveway on Isugarcoatit.com. Can I just say I LOVE them. This is a triple chocolate pound cake, filled with raspberry curd, covered in a mix of dark & milk chocolate ganache. Flowers were made without any cutters.

Sandra, this was such an easy cake to put together. The birthday girl loves purple. I love the combination of purple & yellow so immediately thought of pansies.

I can't remember G which mould we saw demo'd....to long ago. But my cake leader is kinda old school, thinks you have to do everything yourself. Plus she is very...and I mean, very cheap. She wouldn't purchase any of the these type of moulds, even tho she can write them off cause she owns her own decorating business. Lucky you to have gotten some awesome moulds.

They are an American comp Katy, and of course you can buy them here in Canada. But much more $$$ than if purchased in USA.

Don't know how much they are in Canada June, but if she thinks they're overpriced in the US, then heaven only knows what she'd make of the UK costs lol!
