Oh yeah, by the way. His partner makes us free lunch everyday. Yummy! He also wrote a cook book which he sells there if you want a copy.

I'd love to take classes at his shop but just have to be happy, for now, taking classes when he's here on the west coast of Canada. Will put this on my bucket list!

Beautiful job. I took a 4 day class with Chef Lodge in his shop in Ga. It was great, I wanted to learn more. He's the best.
