they stay perfect , wrapped ,sealed and pk in a plastick tub ! perfect ! we have freezeing rain now had snow last wk , the ski slops making snow across the road , and its all lite up at nite !on the mountain ! bbbeeeerrrrr. lol

aw ! i remember them days ! yes your rite ! when you need to do all them cakes it is frustrating ! the more you have the more you need i find , so if i need in the winter more space if its frozon out side i wrap & pk & seal them and freeze them outside ! on my screen porch !

Gail - I have nothing like that capacity and find it quite frustrating at times.  Keep having reorganise to jam more in!

lol i have a chest freezer and 2 refig freezers and they are all bursting also ! my man likes to keep stock , when he sees a good sale he buys it ! lol i had to find & make  room for 2 -9'' round s double 's -chocolate cakes and a 9'' cookie base !, fun lol

Thanks everyone for the compliments!  Looking forward to doing the cakes, but starting to get a little twitchy wondering how I'm going to get it all done.  Especially as my freezer is bursting at the seams at the moment.  I've told hubby that he can't eat anything that doesn't come out of the freezer for the next week, to try and make some room lol!

lol Gail - it's more than one cake!  About 8 actually..........6 of them to be delivered on Christmas Eve, not to mention 9 for lunch on Christmas Day.  No pressure.
