THANKSGIVING PIE CAKE
Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian Cakers….. This is my “cherry pie” cake for our family thanksgiving/thanksgiving dinner. It’s also my nephews birthday. I used the tutorial from Lisa Strauss of Confetti Cakes to make his….
Cake is chocolate fudge cherry almond cake. Had fun making this!! I used ganache for the 1st time, chocolate almond flavoured. My immediate family isn’t crazy about ganache…but since this is for extended family..wants to give it go.

LOL, June, this cracks me up! A cake that looks like a pie! And it does, by golly, look exactly like a pie. Someone is going to get a shock when they cut it! Fantastic job!
