Saw this on the net and was very intrigued to try it.
Inside: Marble cake with caramel & walnut filling covered with banana flavoured buttercream and fondant. The flavours mixture was really delicious.

Indeed Mai - it's all about practice. I find that the crumb coat is what makes your breaks your finish. Get that smooth and even the rest will follow.
Very kind of you ladies.. I need to work way more on having the "neat" look I see on your cakes here... But as you all say: Practice makes perfect :)
