Anne - Cream cheese frosting is great for piping!  I also pipe white chocolate and chocolate mousse (after it sets up overnight) onto cheesecakes.  My piping tips and bags have come in handy for so many things! :)

Oh Eileen, only you see the defects (if any) I don't.  You know stupid me thought I could pipe only with butter cream LOL.

Anne - yes, it's cream cheese frosting.  This was one of my first attempts at the basket weave, so they are spaced pretty far apart and it's all uneven. :)
