Shaile - you also needed to know what kind of Gladiolus I wanted.  I really don't mind as I don't think Lesley will know the difference!  But this is the sort I had in mind, if it's not too difficult.  It looks to me like 2 sets of 3 petals....

Hi Shaile.  Further to yesterday, the cutters I got were the only ones I can find.  They are called Tinkertech Two Bridal Gladiolus 353 + 57.  Here's a pic of them -

Hi Katy, Thanks so much!!! I haven't made any Gladiolas yet, but if you have a photo of the one you would like to make I can get you started.  I just might have to make one, they are very pretty!!! I looked up real ones online and there seem to be a couple of varieties. Some looked like a trumpet flower and others looked like they have separate petals..If you also tell me what the cutters you have look like that would help too.

Absolutely stunning!  Tell me, have you by any chance done any Gladiolus?  It is the birth flower for my stepdaughter and I am thinking about attempting one to go on her 50th birthday cake this year.  I have only just starting trying to do flowers and have a long way to go before I will be happy with them.  I have bought a Gladiolus petal cutter, but where to go from there I don't know at the moment.  Haven't been able to find any tutorials on this flower!  If you have any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.
