All of the feathers were made from modeling chocolate and imprinted with the veining and feather pattern. It took two hours just to do the neck and head.

I used pvc for the neck and RKT for the neck and head. I used about 8 lbs of modeling chocolate. It was very heavy about 70 lbs.
