Linda, even before I decorated a single cake, I always admired, appreciated the talent & work that went into decorating one.  Some people just don't have a clue.

Goreti, it just shows the intellect of some people. Only another caker would or could know how much is poured into this cake. Your normal customer just sees it as 'cake'....we see it as 'art'. That's why I try as best I can to get a good picture of any cakes that I have made, because there won't be anything like it again. So the pic has to be what is my canvas.
