I thought I was a perfectionist....really Tim....roses aren't in the same symmetry...absolutely no one noticed but you....silly boy. Cake is so pretty....how clever imprinting the paper towel right into the buttercream. Gotta try that....

Thanks Everyone... !!! YEP... it's the old paper towel trick... I'm still a BIG fan of that...  The only thing I would change for better symmetry... The left side... third rose (counting from the bottom up) should be one size larger... to match the other side PERFECTLY... live and learn... : ) Still... I was happy with this cake... and it was YUMMY!!!

Stunning, Timothy!  The soft colors are just gorgeous.  Low the texture.  Did you have a mat or did you use a paper towel?  Seems to me I have had paper towels with a similar pattern.
