Whole lot of new experiments going on here - work in progress as some improvements needed. Sticky Toffee Madeira triple layered with caramel butter cream recipes from Quaint Cakes. Coated in caramel butter cream and airbrushed blue.

definitely needs a bit of practice with the airbrush! but I think it may prove very useful in the future as it beats having to colour icing - especially fondant if you want a dark colour.
