After seeing my posted pics on facebook, my family was so anxious to try one of my cakes when I invited them over (around 25 pax!) :)
This was a chocolate sponge cake with two layers filling, the bottom is chocolate ganache and the top one is chocolate whipping cream with caramel sauce and toasted hazelnuts (yummy!). Almond buttercream frosting underneath the home-made marshmallows fondant. I used pineapple juice to moisten the cake layers.
