Buttercream use to be all that I did until I learned how to do the fondant and now that's all people want.  This is the first summer that I've been available to make wedding cakes because for the past 12 years I've worked out family's farm during the summer.  I really miss all the fine folks at the farmer's markets but it's a good opportunity to finally make some wedding cakes.  Seems like buttercream rustic wedding cakes are very popular...I like them.

Lovely cake, Angel!  First time I've seen you do buttercream.  Is there anything you can't do?!
