Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

This was an 8" cake for our Christmas Eve celebration. All the snowmen are the family members of the cousin who hosts the party - 7 including the son's bride. I got a plastic fishbowl from Petco for $10. Glued a styrofoam circle, that fit into the bowl, onto a 6" cake board, covered that with fondant & added the tree & figures. If you try this, put skewer holes through the edge of the cake board while the fondant is fresh so you can support it on the cake. It went as is across town. Whew! What a year! I wonder if I would make this many if I sold cakes! Happy New Year!

Noooo, I can't pipe to save my life!!  That's a mold from Marvelous Molds.  I wasn't quite sure how to use it but needed something & it actually went really fast.  Thanks!
