For a "Casino"-themed surprise birthday party. So fun to create! Deep Chocolate cake, fresh strawberries, chocolate ganache buttercream. Only the coins were store-bought :)

Thank you :) It was the 1st 'carved cake' I had to do, so I kept the shape simple! The client had very little requirements outside of basic shape & size, so I had a lot of freedom with décor. You know a cake is a hit when folks start snapping photos of it as soon as you deliver it to the event; so exciting!
