How thin do you roll your fondant as well? Those are some nice edges.

Thanks so much Eileen... I'm not sure there is any trick to it, I just work it until it is nice and square. It helps to start off with pretty crisp edges with your BC too. =]

How on earth do you get your top edges so crisp?? I'm stunningly impressed! Gorgeous.
