I always use wilton food colouring, the best in my opinion. and the ears are made of fondant on kebab sticks then stuck into the cake. I have a face book page if you want to have a look. google Ann pallett bake me a cake and you'll find the page quicker then searching for it on fb.

Hi Denise, I don't use any shaped tins or character cake tins, they are often very expensive, and if you think about it you'd have  to have a cake tin to serve 20 people another cake tin to serve 50 people and so on. This cake was hand carved from a round cake. Happy caking ,

did u use a character cake tin for this one im just starting out myself cud u tell me where u get the cake tins from iv bought a few off ebay then found they were small ones so i can still do 3d like cakes with them lol
