Shards of Glass and Blood Halloween Cupcakes
These are Red Velvet, I mean Bled Velvet, I mean Dead Velvet cupcakes with a sugared cream cheese ghostly center topped with bittersweet ganache and buttercream. The shards are hard ball sugar and corn syrup and cherry pie filling made a perfect blood. What else does one take to a corporate Halloween potluck?
