I have seen it now, and posted there. Beautifully done, as usual!!
Oh, Bonnie, did you not see the "After" photo? I repaired the break before I posted the photos. Thank you for your concern and confidence :o)
Oh Sandra! You do have your work cut out for you. That 'squoooosh' was only to impart a lighter tone into todays woes! I know it can't be helped. But if anyone can fix it, it will be you dear. Deep breath, blow out, & relax. OOOPS! That's for Lamaze! lol Bet it will work here too! lol I will say anything to get a smile...
(I copied & pasted it before I deleted it... then corrected the spelling, a shortcut that worked!)
I do wish there were a way to correct spelling on this site. Instead we have a 'Delete Comment' option.
Unfortunately, Bonnie, I cannot squish it back because it is covered in dry, brittle gum paste. Every time I touch it something else falls off! But, I did get the break repaired.
OH NO! When you say the chocolate core 'failed', is it as bad as I am imagining? Or can you get it to regain, & retain, it's shape? You know, just kind of squooooosh everything back into place, where it should be? }:O(((
I have everything downstairs now and it is freezing down here.
I had the flowers, birds and cake in a room upstairs. We have a separate hvac for the upstairs and, unbeknown to me, the one upstairs went out and it was pretty hot. I checked the flowers and they were fine so I didn't even think about the birds. It was the chocolate core that failed.
I FOUND THAT AN AIR CONDTIONER WORKS WELL
Sorry Sandra! I thought after I wrote that 'probably not the most appropriate simile Katy....!'
