I don't know if they ate the brains for wisdom or not, Bonnie.  I just know they were big into human sacrifice and heart eating, for some reason.  Incas?? Don't know.

Yup, I saw the hearts!  Are these the same guys that ate the 'brains' to gain their ancestor's wisdom?   Keep this up, and we will be having a feast! lol  The Mayans were around long before the incas??

Speaking of tongues, Bonnie, the Mayan were very fond of eating human hearts and both the bird on the left and the jaguar are holding hearts in their hands.  Copied actual carvings for both.  Sort of made me sick....eeck.

Wherever did you get all these ideas???  Talk about a bird of prey, this one will fit the bill, with those talons!  They are perfect!  Gotta love that cat, with his tongue sticking out just so.  I am enjoying this soooo much, I am getting tired right along with you! lol
