If anyone try is this - I would undercook your cake balls a little so that they won't be so overdone.

Thank you!!  This was my first time doing this.  I had seen it on several different sites and wanted to try it.  They didn't work as well as I hoped.  The batter for my chocolate cake recipe is very thin and the balls kept floating to the top.  I tried pushing them down several times during baking but it didn't help much.  Will definitely try again with a thicker batter.  The cake balls were a little dry.
