Actually - they are covered only around the sides as for cupcakes I thought a total cover was too much (people don't eat too much of it anyway). So I did a casing and trim around the bottom in fondant and the top is buttercream dipped in coconut. Was really successful as it wasnt too much fondant (but taste, effort or cost). The order was for 50 cupcakes so to do a bit of a 'sushi wrap' was much easier!
