Safari Cake

Inside is Dark Chocolate Oreo cake with Hazelnut Mascarpone filling. Outside is chocolate buttercream (and vanilla buttercream for leaves). Lettering and animals are all fondant. It originally had a palm tree on it that I made using the Wilton Sugar Sheets for leaves but the darn thing fell all apart overnight. :( Then I remembered - there are no palm trees on the savannah!! :)
