Royal icing strings with tip # 1 still playing , i find the further you pull your strings away from the cake the easyer they fall in the rite place , one day i'l do i nice one but for now i'l keep playing ! till i know i can ! lol TFL

I´ll try to get my icing just rite, so the strings won´t break on the way.

linda i know they say fresh egg whites are stronger , but  i find with the powder egg are stronger for me to use ,

the strings are easy , as long as you get the royal icing just rite , and pull out than attach ,

I want to make a cake with strings, but I´m affraid I have to do a lot of practice.
