A 4 tier wedding cake with Whipped cream icing and fondant roses: Bottom tier is a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Velvet filling, 2nd tier is Orange Chiffon with Yema filling, 3rd tier is Mocha flavor with Mocha cream filling and top tier is Butter cake with whipped cream filling. The letters were gum paste with edible silver paint decorated with sugar dragees

Bonnie it's stabilized whipped cream so it is firm and heat stable.

Good job on the initials. Now, this close up, I can REALLY taste the creamy swirls!
