Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

This is a 3 tier wedding cake. French vanilla, white chocolate creme
brulee', and classic yellow cakes. Cakes were iced with buttercream then covered
with fondant. The roses are made with gum paste, which was infused with a
rose scented powder so each flower smelled like a real rose. Roses were then
dusted and steamed for a porcelain appearance. (Cascade had to be
re-adjusted, as a 3yr old stuck her finger right in the point of the bottom
tier. Luckily, I was also a guest at the wedding). Enjoy!
